1. Sponsor and administrator
Sponsor: Savy Soda Pty Ltd, Suite 201, 441 Docklands Drive, Docklands VIC 3008, Australia. Administrator: The BALL Foundation. Questions may be sent to contact@theballfoundation.com. Sponsor is responsible for funding the prizes. Administrator manages entries, bonus claims, verification, drawing and prize delivery on Sponsor’s behalf.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and immediate-family or household members of Sponsor, Administrator and their affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion period
The promotion begins August 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time and ends Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Administrator’s systems are the official timekeeping device.
4. Standard entry
During the Promotion Period: (a) click the official Pixel Starships campaign link on this page, which opens the appropriate official app store or Pixel Starships if already installed; and (b) return and submit the entry form with your name, email address, optional X handle and required eligibility and rules confirmation. Every eligible standard entry receives one drawing entry.
5. Optional bonus entries
After completing a standard entry, an entrant may earn one additional drawing entry by reposting or quoting Scottie Pippen’s official promotion announcement and one additional drawing entry by following @Game5BALL on X. An X handle is required to claim social bonuses. Each action must be completed during the Promotion Period and remain active through verification. Bonus claims are subject to verification. False, incomplete or unverifiable claims are void.
Maximum one standard entry and two bonus entries, for a maximum of three drawing entries per person. No social-media account is required for the standard entry. Multiple X accounts, duplicate entries, repeated posts, automated activity and manipulated claims are prohibited.
6. Prizes and odds
Ten winners will each receive one $50 USD digital prize, for a total approximate retail value of $500 USD. Limit one prize per person. Digital prize type and delivery method will be selected by Administrator. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Odds depend on the total number of eligible standard and bonus drawing entries received. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes.
7. Drawing, verification and notification
On or about three business days after the Promotion Period, Administrator will conduct a random drawing weighted by each participant’s eligible drawing entries. Selected entrants are provisional winners until verified. Verification may include the campaign-link click, campaign-attribution records, Pixel Starships information, an X repost, quote or follow, a screenshot, eligibility declaration or other reasonable proof. Provisional winners will be contacted by email or, if provided, by DM from the official @Game5BALL account. They must respond within 48 hours and complete requested verification or may be disqualified and an alternate selected.
8. Entry limits and conduct
Limit one standard entry per person and email address and one prize per person. Automated, bulk, duplicate, false, incomplete or manipulated entries and bonus claims are void. No Fortnite gameplay, purchase, in-app purchase, skill score or Game Night attendance is required. Administrator may disqualify anyone who tampers with the process, acts disruptively, violates these rules or supplies false information. Decisions are final.
9. Release and limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from claims, losses or damages arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited. Released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries, unavailable networks or platforms, device incompatibility or technical failures beyond their reasonable control.
10. Privacy
Information submitted is used to administer and measure the promotion, verify entries and bonuses, contact provisional winners and deliver prizes. Participant information may be shared with Sponsor and service providers only as reasonably needed for these purposes and as permitted by law. If an entrant separately selects the optional updates checkbox, the entrant’s email may also be used for future Game 5 BALL tournament, Game Night, challenge and announcement updates. Opting in is not required to enter, and subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Pixel Starships use is subject to its privacy policy.
11. Platform disclosures
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Epic Games, Inc. It is also not sponsored, endorsed or administered by X Corp., Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Participants release those platforms from claims arising from this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS EPIC GAMES, INC., ITS LICENSORS, ITS AND THEIR AFFILIATES, AND ITS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES RELATED TO THIS PROMOTION.
THE INFORMATION PARTICIPANTS PROVIDE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION IS BEING PROVIDED TO SPONSOR AND NOT TO EPIC GAMES, INC.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, under California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants consent to state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For the first names and last initials of winners, send a request to contact@theballfoundation.com within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
